Hi there! My name is Michelle. I’m a junior at Fordham University in New York City, and in September 2015, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS. While I am working with my doctor to get the proper medication I need to manage my PCOS, I am now making the other lifestyle changes I need in order to manage this properly.

I’m starting this blog to track my journey with learning to deal with PCOS, mostly with working out daily and sticking to a diet suited for those with insulin resistance (a side effect of having PCOS).  I’ll be posting a weekly update about my workouts, as well as my meal prep for the week so I can stay accountable and focused.  For me, this isn’t just about looking good in a bikini – this is about making sure I am healthy to ensure a better life.

I’ll also be posting updates on my Instagram, and most likely complaining about workouts on my Twitter, so feel free to follow those as well!
